Many of our clients provide us with articles that they write and ask us to edit and optimize them for SEO, provide featured images, and publish them to their websites. The following is an explanation of our pricing model for that.

Article reformatting and copy editing for compliance, grammar and typos:

< 700 words = $50

701 - 1200 = $75

1200 - 2000 = $100

>2000 = TBD

SEO Addon = $25

We write meta titles and descriptions, optimize them for specific keywords, and add internal and external links.

Featured Image Addon = $25

We create a custom featured image with alt text in open graph format so that it renders properly across all digital platforms.

Publishing it to your site as a blog = $25

We add the content of the article to your blog posts ensuring proper Htag usage, SEO is added, featured image is uploaded with alt text, and the article is scheduled appropriately

Sending out via email on your behalf = $25

Once the article is published, we draft an email correspondence sharing the email with your marketing list and schedule it accordingly.

Posting it to social on your behalf = $50

For 5 original posts scheduled out over the course of one month

Once the article is published, we draft five unique social posts and schedule them across your social channels five times over the course of one month.

Scenario: A client asks us to reformat and edit an 800-word article and also wants SEO, a featured image, to have it published on their site, sent out via email, and scheduled out on social media. The cost for this would be $75 + $25 + $25 + $25 + $50 = $200

Please note, if you are a monthly marketing client who receives original article writing from us, this service is included in the articles that we provide to you. This would only apply to additional articles written by you and requested to be edited and distributed by IA. If we send you a ClientSource article as an optional article to publish, the editing and SEO fees would not apply but the publishing, email, and social fees would apply.
